Handcrafted delights that instantly brighten up your day. Whether its chocolate, vanilla or pumpkin spice, we use the finest ingredients to produce these mouth watering artifacts. Since we are vegan, we use nuts, coconut oil and natural sweeteners like agave, monk fruit, maple syrup and molasses.
Our living food cuisine is created using ingredients that are predominately organic, seasonal, and local whenever possible. We do not use processed starches, processed sugars, meat, or dairy products. We combine today’s most recent culinary discoveries with the world’s age-old recipes and methods to produce our own nutrient-rich, fresh and low-heat prepared fare. Our pricing fairly reflects the quality of our ingredients and the labor-intensive nature of our menu.
The act of preparing vegetables is an especially life giving exercise, primarily because it leads to serving and eating foods that are good for you. But we don’t think of vegetable cuisine, vegetarian, vegan, raw food, in terms of health food, alternative food, or spa food. As a result, we do not create vegetable dishes based on nutritional values. We believe that such things fall into place naturally.
If one pursues flavor first and foremost, and works with extraordinarily fresh seasonal foodstuffs, organic whenever possible, then one is surely going to eat healthfully. We prefer to get good health as a byproduct of eating wonderful, tasty, sensual foods, which nourish the soul and spirit as well as the body.
